I'm 15, 5'7" and weight 145 pounds.
I think that i look on the heavier side, although all my friends are telling me I have no reason to lose weight and that I look fine.
What should I do?
Your body mass index (BMI) says you are in the "normal" category and so there aren't any ill effects on your health because of it.
I'd say not to bother try and lose weight at your age, because it could be difficult because of puberty and because your body will likely sort itself out into a more flattering form once you've finished puberty!
Don't worry!

5 or 10 pounds would make you healthier

don't stress though…you are still considered "normal"…

Well, it depends. If you have a more muscular build, then your weight is most likely fine. If you're more body fat than muscle, than it may be better to lose weight.
Despite this, the fact that you are 15 means that, unless you are really FAT, you shouldn't try to lose a lot of weight, as your body is still developing. In a few years if you still feel you're overweight then maybe ask a physician if your body weight is above average.
hope i helped!
